Refund Policy

At VisionUI, we want you to feel confident when purchasing our software. This policy explains how refunds work for our digital products and apps sold through visionui.app.

1. Refund Requests
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us at support@visionui.app with your order email and a brief explanation.
- We will review each request individually and respond within 2–3 business days.
- Refunds are granted at our discretion based on the circumstances of each case.
- If approved, refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
We aim to be fair and flexible. If the product did not work as described or you encountered technical issues we could not resolve, we will generally approve the refund. However, we reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet our refund criteria.

2. Exceptions
We may deny or limit refunds in the following situations:
- Abuse: Repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or refund requests we reasonably believe are fraudulent.
- Extensive use: If the software has been used extensively or for commercial purposes and you then request a refund, we will evaluate each case individually.
- After 14 days: Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase may be considered only in exceptional circumstances (e.g. critical bugs we cannot fix).

3. Free Trials & Freemium
Some VisionUI Apps (such as VerseGlow and free-tier offerings) are available at no cost or with a free trial. You can try these before purchasing premium versions. There is nothing to refund for free downloads—enjoy them and upgrade only when you’re ready.

4. Payment Processor & Refund Amount
All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are issued through their platform. The refunded amount may be less than the original purchase price due to payment processor fees, currency conversion, taxes, or other deductions that we do not control. We will refund the net amount we receive, minus any non-recoverable costs.
For EU consumers, applicable distance-selling regulations may provide additional rights; we comply with relevant consumer protection laws.
